1. The site
Agent Intervenant (agentintervenant.com) is an independent information site about social intervention jobs in Quebec. It is not linked to the ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux, Santé Québec, any professional order, employer, union or school. It is not a placement agency.
2. Information, not advice
- The site gives no legal advice and gives no clinical advice. In an emergency, call 911.
- Laws, collective agreements and fire department directives always prevail over our summaries.
- Each article bears its date and cites its official sources. Rates, programs and rules may have changed since. Check the source before making a decision.
3. Shift stories
- By sending a story, you agree that it may be published, in whole or in part, rewritten as needed, without payment.
- Do not name a person or a fire department, and give no detail that could identify someone or a case.
- We are not required to publish a story.
- Every story is reviewed before it is published. Spam, advertising and links to other sites are refused.
4. Site content
The texts on the site are ours. You may quote a short excerpt with a link to the page. Reproducing a whole article requires our consent.
5. Liability
The site is provided as is. We correct the errors reported to us. We are not responsible for a decision made from an article without checking the official source.
